Lost & Found – Wings Event Center
To better assist our guests, Wings Event Center has updated our Lost & Found process.
During events:
Lost & Found is managed by Meijer Guest Relations throughout the game. The Box Office no longer handles Lost & Found inquiries.
If you’ve lost an item:
Guests must complete the Lost & Found Form for all lost items. Once submitted, our team will contact you if your item is located.

Item retention policy:
Lost items are typically held for up to 30 days. Please note that some events may have contractual requirements limiting retention to 10 days, but whenever possible, items are retained for the full 30-day period.
Completing the form is the best way to ensure your item is properly logged and returned if found.
