As long as your tickets were purchased directly through the Etix platform, Etix has initiated all refunds. There should also have been an email sent out from Etix with this information, but these sometimes end up in junk/spam/trash folders. Please keep in mind that refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on the banking institution. If you paid in cash, please stop into our box office any Friday between noon and 6:00pm so we can accommodate your cash refund, or give our box office a call to make other arrangements. Thank you!
