Kalamazoo, Mich. – Wings Stadium will be hosting online battle arena League of Legends tournament from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 5. This Riot Games Inc. sanctioned event is a 5 vs. 5 Summoner's Rift team competition and prizes will be awarded to winners placing first, second, third and fourth.
The tournament will be single elimination with the capacity to host 24 teams total. The finals will be a best of three and teams will be seeded (placed) randomly. Tournament bracket is subject to change based on the number of teams that sign up. Concessions will be served at the event.
Entry fee is $75 per team which includes a free public skate voucher for 2 (does not include skate rental). Prizes will be as follows:
1st place: $250 Cash prize (split between team), 3200 RP and triumphant Ryze skin
2nd place: 2400 RP
3rd place: 1600 RP
4th place: 800 RP
