Ticket Office Hours

The Wings Event Center Ticket Office is currently only open on days with scheduled ticketed events. Self-service ticket kiosks are available whenever the building is open, even when the Ticket Office is closed. Kiosks are available in the lobby at Doors 1 and 10, and in the entryway at Door 7.

K-Wings gamedays: Noon-end of second intermission

Event days: Open at Noon, unless the event begins before that time. End times will vary depending on the event.

Ticketing Information

Our ticket office is an Etix outlet where tickets can be purchased for all events at Wings Event Center. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Checks are ONLY accepted for group payments.

Guests may also call Etix directly at 1.800.514.3849 or purchase tickets online at Etix.com.

Will Call tickets are available beginning 2 hours prior to showtime. Customers need to present a picture ID, confirmation number and credit card (if possible).

Skip the Will Call line by printing your own tickets! Choose the Print at Home delivery method when ordering through Etix and you can bypass the Will Call line. Alternatively, you can also use your cellphone as your eticket.

WingsEventCenter.com via Etix is the official website for buying tickets for shows at Wings Event Center. You also can buy tickets at our box office or by calling 1.800.514.3849. Scalpers (secondary ticket sellers) sell tickets at inflated prices on websites that may mimic Wings Event Center's look. Typically seat locations cannot be guaranteed and tickets issued may be counterfeit.
